Sakura Extract

The Sakura flower (cherry blossom) belongs to the rose family, Rosaceae, and is a cultural icon in Japan.  Named after a beautiful Japanese goddess, sakura extract is a unique ingredient manufactured from cherry blossoms through a proprietary process.  This proprietary nutricosmetic has been shown to inhibit the production of AGEs, and thus holds great promise for oral beauty care products.

Anti-Aging

Sakura flowers has the ability to minimize and suppress toxins that has the ability to speed up skin ageing.  These toxins is called AGEs (advanced glycation end-products).  Sakura flowers is known to effectively combat the effects of AGEs.  In addition to mediate the production of collagen which is used for cell repair and rejuvenation, which would not only aid in anti-aging but to damaged skin.

Anti-Inflammatory

Sakura flowers are known for its ability to tone down nitric oxide in the skin.  Which is beneficial since it is responsible for redness and irritation.

Brightening

Sakura flowers has the ability brighten the skin and reduce hyperpigmentation.  It also has the ability to suppress the overproduction of melanin, which would cause a brighter and give a less patchy appearance to the skin.
