Niacinamide

A form of B3, niacinamide is an essential nutrient that works to visibly improve the overall appearance of the skin. Niacinamide stands out for its versatility for almost any skin care concern or skin type.

Anti-Aging

Niacinamide is an antioxidant that builds proteins in the skin while protecting them from environmental stressors such as sunlight, pollution, and toxins. Applying a moisturizer that contains niacinamide can help soften the appearance of crows feet, dark circles and maintain skin firmness.

Complexion

Niacinamide helps build keratin, a protein found in cells on the dermis layer of the skin. Keratin provides structure that keeps skin firm and healthy looking. Research has shown that niacinamide can visibly reduce enlarged pores, strengthen a weakened skin barrier, and improve uneven and dull skin tone in 2-4 weeks.

Hydration

Niacinamide boosts the skins natural production of ceramides. Ceramides make up our skins lipid barrier and helps it to retain moisture. Topical application of niacinamide has shown to improve the hydrating ability of moisturizers to combat dry, tight or flaky skin. Studies have shown that niacinamides moisturizing and hydrating effects decrease wrinkle depth and produce fresher, younger looking skin around the eyes in as little as 8 weeks.
